CRM Migration and Synchronization
Moving from a legacy sales system to bidirectional customer and candidate data flows
The Client · A NASDAQ-listed staffing and professional-services firm

Overview
A NASDAQ-listed staffing and professional-services firm engaged Taller to migrate its recruitment data to Microsoft Dynamics and maintain consistency across both systems during the transition.
The Problem
The client had outgrown its legacy CRM and applicant-tracking system but needed to migrate without abandoning the workflows still serving certain processes. The right approach was a phased migration with real-time, bidirectional sync between the two systems during the transition, one of the more operationally demanding integration patterns. The client engaged Taller to carry out the migration and build the sync that kept both systems consistent while they ran in parallel.
The Solution
Taller migrated the recruitment data from the legacy CRM to Microsoft Dynamics and built the sync that kept both systems consistent, using Azure Event Hub, Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and WebJobs. The core challenge was conflict resolution: the same record could be edited in both systems within a single sync window, and the logic had to know which side’s version won based on the field and the workflow context. An integration database held the identity-mapping rules that made those decisions durable throughout.
The Impact
Taller’s migration produced:
faster data processing across the recruiting estate
increase in the data volume the platform could handle
