01

A major telecommunications carrier engaged Taller to assemble a data team for a high-volume customer-profile update tied to its fiber network expansion.

02

The client was upgrading hundreds of multi-dwelling-unit sites (apartment and condo buildings) and needed to update tens of thousands of customer profiles to reflect the new service options: the data update that would let sales and marketing surface upgrade offers to the right customers at the right moment. The work demanded telecom-industry familiarity, sustained accuracy on a high-volume manual task, and a team assembled fast.

03

Taller assembled a ten-person data-analyst and data-entry team in under two weeks, prioritizing domain experience and Excel proficiency. Speed-to-team on this kind of work came down to knowing the specific shape of the data, not generic staffing capacity. Profiles in a telecom CRM (customer relationship management system) carried a particular structure: service-bundle definitions, equipment-on-premises records, billing-cycle anchors, contract terms, and escalation contacts. A team that had worked these structures before delivered higher accuracy at lower cost per record than one learning them under deadline. Taller ran a quality-assurance layer in parallel with the data entry, which was what drove the results.

04

Accurate, timely record updates across tens of thousands of profiles delivered measurable results across sales, satisfaction, and data quality.
